Prices
The prices that appear on our web site are all in Euros and have IVA tax included.
The touristic tax (0.45€+IVA) is not included on the price and will have to be paid when settling the accommodation cost. Our prices can be modified any time and will not affect previous bookings unless these are due to legal tax laws or regulations laid down by the authorities.
All rooms have a rated price for accommodation only (breakfast not included), with cooking facilities.
The total capacity of the Vilosell Wine hotel is 13 people, and can only be occupied by the number of people indicated in the reservation (adults and children included). In case of wishing to receive visits in the house or in the garden, the clients will have to contact reception, located in the offices inside the Cellar Tomàs Cusiné.
Reservations and payment
All reservations have to be accompanied with a previous deposit payment of at least a 30% of the total amount, previously confirmed and for minimum one night stay.
In case of reserving the entire house, the deposit will be 50% of the total amount. Also, in case of cancellation, this deposit will not be returned to the client. If the deposit payment is done by bank check or transfer, Vilosell Wine hotel will ask for a credit card number to guarantee the reservation. In case of non-payment, on the credit card given as guarantee, the cancellation conditions amount will be charged.
This credit card number will be destroyed after the checking out. The rest of the accommodation cost will be settled in the check-in. In case of week or several day reservations, the consumptions will be paid all together. The payments done by the web site will be made effective by a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard) and through a safe payment system. Vilosell Wine hotel will ask for the credit card number, expiry date and three digit number on the back of the credit card. Any subsequent payment, which is irregular, incomplete, or fraudulent for a reason attributable to the client, shall entail the cancellation of the reservation to the client’s account, without prejudice to any civil or criminal action that is considered opportune.
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation, the charges payable by the client are:
*Cancellation from sixty to twenty days before check-in: in the case that the client has completely paid all services, Vilosell Wine Hotel will return the total amount (one night stay minimum).
* Cancellation from nineteen to five days before check-in: customer will have to pay 30% of the services amount (one night stay minimum)
*Cancellation from four to two days before check-in: customer will have to pay 50% of the services amount (one night stay minimum)
*Cancellation from two days or less before check-in or no show to the hotel: customer has to pay 100% of the services amount.
NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION WIL BE MADE IF:
* Not showing up at the hotel.
* Early departure due to force majeure, minor o personal convenience.
The reservation contract can be terminated, with full right for the hotelier and without causing damage to clients in case of force majeure. In addition, the contract may terminate in case of inability of use due to external matters (natural disaster, road cut) or in case of suspended payment by the client.
Accommodation
Rooms are available for clients on arrival date after 14h (2 pm). On departure day, rooms or house have to be lefty by 11 am. If exit timetable is not respected, Vilosell Wine hotel will charge the client an extra night. In both cases, the schedule may be flexible if clients contact and inform the establishment in advance.
Vilosell Wine hotel is not responsible for unattended luggage, theft or loss of personal belongings in open zones of the hotel, rooms or vehicles.
Vilosell Wine hotel especially requests clients not to change the furniture, books or equipment from their place. However, do not leave junk in the garden, or in front of the room doors or in front of the street door.
The client undertakes to act with maximum courtesy, respecting the environment, calm, nature, cleanliness and order of the house. In case of any evidence of vandalism, Vilosell Wine Hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the damages caused, or to terminate the contract of stay. In this case, clients will have to leave the premises immediately.
Each room has a selection of Tomàs Cusiné wines available. The consumptions will have to be paid at the end of the stay by the clients.
Animals are accepted
A maximum of one pet per room is allowed at a cost of € 10, as long as it is an animal of up to 20kg. In the case of animals with a weight greater than the one specified, please previously contact with Vilosell Wine hotel. In case of damages detected caused by pets, Vilosell Wine Hotel reserves the right to charge the client the valued amount for the damages caused.
In order that your stay and that of your pet are as pleasant as possible and do not imply any inconvenience for the rest of the guests, in case of excessive noise or annoyance caused by the pet, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay contract.
Vilosell Wine hotel reminds the obligatory use of strap in the common areas of the hotel. Pets are not allowed on the beds or to use the hotel towels. The hotel management reserves the right to refuse a pet if it is considered as dangerous or that may disturb the calmness of the hotel.
Treatment of claims and conflicts
For any request of information or claim, this must be done directly at the Tomàs Cusiné winery offices. Any difference concerning interpretation or execution of the contract and that could not be subject to a friendly resolution, this will be brought before the closest trade court.
